Seniors- just a reminder that the U of I and Illinois State priority college application deadline is this Saturday, November 1st. Don't wait until the last minute to apply.
All students who earned straight A's for the 1st quarter will be celebrated as our Rockets of the Month for October. This Thursday, October 30th, Mr. Behrends and Mr. Reed will provide pizza and cookies in the Auditorium during 4th hour, and we will also show a movie. Students, please check your email for an invite from Mr. Behrends, and congrats to all of our students who earned straight A's.
The Thanksgiving Food Drive has kicked off and your 4th hour class is competing for a lunch sponsored by Student Council. Last year’s winning class raised over $10 per person, and they chose a lunch at Raising Cane’s! Make sure to help raise the most money per student for your 4th hour class, not just for the win, but to help feed local families in need this holiday season!
Great job showing up last night and helping cheer on the Girls’ Volleyball team to a win! Unity Volleyball will be playing in the Regional Championship at St Joseph Ogden HS tomorrow night! Again we want to really show up and support our girls, so please come by Mrs. Anderson's room to pick up a ticket to get into the game on Thursday for free! Let’s really show up in full Unity gear to support the volleyball team as they take on Westville this post season!
