be here from 3-6 pm to place orders.
If you are interested in participating in the games at the Homecoming pep rally, there is a sign up outside Mrs. Anderson's door, Room 12. Please make sure you sign up for the correct grade level! Spots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis! All participants in the pep rally games will win a prize!
Freshmen if you have not paid for your shirt, the cost is $15 and you need to pay as soon as possible, but you can pay when you pick up. See Mrs. Weaver with any questions.
Seniors- On Wednesday, September 24th, we will have a cookout near the practice football field to celebrate our scores on the ACT as a class. As promised, because we scored higher than Monticello, the Senior class is excused from 4th hour and will enjoy burgers, hot dogs, games, and music by Mr. Kleiss. Great job and see you on Wednesday!
If you are picking up graduates’ yearbooks, please do so during NON-CLASS time. Also, if you did not order a book from last year, those will be on sale for $80 starting Monday, September 28th. Any questions, please see Mrs. Graves.
Voting for Homecoming King and Queen continues today and goes through Wednesday at 3 PM. You should have received your ballot via your school email. If you did not receive a ballot, please contact Mrs. Meyer. All grade levels can vote for King and Queen.
Feels like we’re at a twins’ convention today! Friday night will have the Pontiac Indians seeing double when we knock them out on the football field!
Tomorrow is Rhyme Without Reason Day, where you can again partner up with some friends and dress like anything that rhymes–doesn’t matter that they don’t go together at all!
Tickets for the homecoming dance will be sold during lunch this week in the canteen. Tickets are $10 for high school students, $5 for all others. Tickets can be bought at the dance on Saturday night, but it’s easier for you if you have your tickets in advance.
The Homecoming dance will be held in the high school gym from 6:30 to 9:30 PM on Saturday night. The doors will open at 6:30 and coronation is at exactly 7:30 PM. All are welcome to attend the coronation, but the dance is for high school students only.
All parade participants are permitted to TOSS candy to spectators along the parade route. Any reports of THROWING candy AT onlookers will result in disciplinary action.
