Want to be in the cast for the fall play? Auditions for The Great Gatsby will be Tuesday, September 2 and Wednesday, September 3. You do not need to be in drama club to be in the play! Come to Ms. Marcel's room on Thursday or Friday to sign up for a 15 minute audition slot and receive a script to practice.

Want to win a really cool prize? Pep club will be giving away attendance tickets at every home school event this year! Look for the person with the little TICKETS flag that will be in the student section at each event. Put your name on the back of the ticket and drop it in the jar in Mrs. Anderson's room. At the end of the year we will draw one name to win a huge prize! So the more you go to, the better chance you have to win!

A message from your Athletic Director: Unity High School is well-known for its passionate and energetic fans. As we prepare for our first Athletic home events of the season, I would like to remind all students about sportsmanship. Unity's passion and energy must be directed positively towards players, coaches, and officials. Cheer FOR players NOT against. Cheer FOR teams NOT against. Cursing, taunting, negative comments, cheers, chants, or behaviors directed towards players, coaches, and officials will NOT be tolerated. GO ROCKETS!

Unity is starting a Business & Finance club on Wednesday the 3rd at 7:30 am. Donuts and chocolate milk will be provided. Get ready to learn about stocks, investing, and what it takes to run a successful business! Meeting will be in Mr. Sauder’s room (Rm 4) and will talk about the plan for the year!

Enjoy the long weekend!
