Free & Reduced Lunch Application
If you believe you may be eligible or even if you are uncertain, please complete the application for free/reduced lunch. In addition to free or reduced breakfast and lunch prices, those who qualify have the $95 book rental and $52 milk break fees waived. This information is kept strictly confidential.
The application is available to download and print below or will be available to fill out at registration. Please contact the school office if you have any questions.

If you child will ride a bus to or from school, please complete the following survey. If you are unsure of information (ie. bus stop, bus number, etc.), contact First Student Bus Company at (217) 903-4013.

Registration Fees
Registration fee(s) can be paid with a check or cash at registration or through online payment.

K-8 - Fees are $ 95.00
9-12 - Fees are $ 130.00
All forms are available to be completed and printed at registration if not completed beforehand.
