Attention Seniors! There will be a class meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, at 7:45 AM in Room 11.

 

Congratulations to the Girls Cross Country Team for a first place finish at the Cow Chip Classic on Saturday. Flight winners for the Rockets were Ashlyn Denney, Josie Cler, Cami Reedy, and Mackenzie Pound. Olivia Shike was 2nd in the #3 runner flight, also 2nd in the #2 runner flight was Emily Decker and 6th went to Erica Woodard in the #1 runner flight. The girls will race some of the top teams in the state this weekend in Peoria.

 

The boy's cross country team had a great showing this past Saturday at the Cow Chip classic. 10 guys ran season's bests on a very hilly course. The top placer of the day was Carter Tiemann, who placed 2nd in the 6th flight. ELi Crowe placed 5th in the 3rd flight. Camden Fairbanks, in the 2nd flight and Collin Graven in the 5th flight both placed 6th respectively while Alex Mowrer placed 7th in the 7th flight. Isaac Ruggieri placed 8th in the 4th flight and Brendan Graven placed 11th in the 1st flight. In the open race, JD Wells, Alex Wells, Bryson Denney, and Ryan Hutson placed 6th, 8th, 10th, and 18th respectively, while Logan Zumbahlen ran 1 minute and 10 seconds faster than the previous week. The boys will race again on Saturday at PBL at 9.
