Curve Stitching Grading Rubric:

1. Correctness – Is the finished product correctly done?

2. Use of color – Were colors chosen with a purpose and is the overall effect pleasing to look at?

3. Neatness – Is the work neatly completed so that no marks show on the front of the project? Are the threads/wires tight but not overly so that the backing bends?

4. Creativity – Did you vary the design given? (size, angles, etc.) What is the purpose of the final project? Art, decoration, bookmark, picture frame, etc.

5. Complexity – Was a simple design or a complex design chosen?

The reflective summary will be worth 10 points.

The entire project is worth 50 points.
