Unity High School Pep Band
	The Pep Band performs for all the boys home basketball games.  This ensemble is a extension of the band class (Wind Ensemble) and rehearses in class during the school day.  The music performed is a combination of pop and rock music.  Most of this music is arranged specifically for Unity High School.
We play pep band music for athletic events and for occasions that require music for entertainment.  This year we will play pep band for all home football games and home basketball games.  Last year we were invited to perform at the National Junior College Basketball Championships held at Danville Area Community College.  We performed for the 3rd and 4th place game and the championship game.  It was the first time that Unity High School was invited to such and event.  The Unity High School Pep Band has again been invited to play this tournament and the performance date in march will be posted on this page soon.
