Grading Policy:
Your grade will be determined by your overall performance in the following areas:  homework, quizzes, tests, projects, research, group activities, class work assignments, and participation.  As per Unity High School Regulations, the grading scale is a 10-point scale.
If you are not happy with a grade and feel that you were grades unfairly, or that I overlooked some aspect of you rassignment, I will consider your point of view.  BUT first you must:
                        1) type your complaint
                        2) attach the instructions that I gave for the assignment and
                             identify the unclear portion
                        3) attach the assignment in question

Handwritten complaints WILL NOT be considered.  Why all the rules?
-some students like to grandstand and complain about their grades in class to gain the support of their friends.  This will not be tolerated in college
-some students just like to argue with the teacher and before I have had a chance to assess the complaint, I am already too angry to bother with you
-this is an easy way to tell the difference between the real complaints and those students who are just doing it for attention.

You will need to either contact me or ask your student for their password! You can view your student's grades at any time of day at the following address:
